What is the main purpose of blog? follow are steps given below.
Step 1:
First you should have a Google Account called G-Mail Account.
Example: Pakistan2810@gmail.com
Step 2:
After getting G-mail account go to http://www.blogger.com and click on sign in button.
and register your self on blogger account it so simple and easy...
Step 3;
After Login in Blogger.com Create your New Blog as give in Screen Shoot:

After Clicking on New blog then set your title whatever you want and blog address is necessary thing and last thing Select blog template...all done
