Its works remotely and operate through as they given us specific IP address like this 192.168.0.1:8080 like this So every User has different IP's address Now Again You Guys thinking What software required for this so here we are the software Name Called IP CAM its is available On Google PlayStore and its free version not Paid so lets start knowing about this app
Step 1: Go to Google Playstore
Step 2: Install IP Cam Application from Google Playstore for free
Step 3: After Installation Done OPEN IP CAM App
Step 4: After You Opend IP CAM application scroll down below as in image show at the end of list its show following name called Start Server
Step 5: After Starting Server Your android Cam started Video Streaming as giving in Image
and It wil also Show you and IP Address like this 192.168.0.100:8080 so copy this ip address and past into your Internet Explorer/Google Chrome/Opera Mini/ etc
Step 6: After Putting IP address in Chrome address bar it wil show you IP CAM Dashboard
Step 7: Further You can Follow below Image and Used Related Function like ZOOM , Taking Pictures, Recording Videos remotely, and many more
